This unique build-to-suite distribution facility for PepsiCo/Fritolay in Nantucket is currently under construction with completion slated for fall ‘25. The property developer is SAAD Development Corporation based in Mobile, AL. Since 1990, HDS Architecture and SAAD have collaborated on several signature office, retail and medical facilities.

The Slade Farm Residences in Somerset, MA will provide a sleek, upscale living experience as part of the Fairfield Commons development. The community will consist of 120 residential apartments and include 30 affordable units featuring modern finishes and community amenities such as a clubhouse, work from home areas, fitness center, dog park, and outdoor grill stations.

The team in Stoneham is excited to celebrate a major milestone for the Devon at Weiss Farm — the topping off of Building C! The Devon at Weiss Farm will consist of 5, 3-story townhome buildings and 3 5-story residential buildings that will bring 259 residential units in the community. The topping off of Building C marks a major milestone as the team.

The Residences at Slade Farm has been featured in the New England Real Estate Journal as Project of the Month! This 120-unit residential designed by HDS Architecture will be part of the Fairfield Commons development in Somerset, MA that will bring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across two 4-story buildings.

525 Linc has been featured on 7 News Boston as an affordable housing solution for young professionals in Boston. 525 Linc accommodates 279 residences across 80 fully furnished units with state-of-the-art amenities. HDS Architecture transformed a highly underutilized site into one of Boston’s first co-living residential developments. 525 Linc amenities include a great room for gathering and entertaining, a fitness center, ample bicycle storage for all residents, and a roof deck with views of the Boston skyline.

Foundation work is well underway in Stoneham. The Devon at Weiss Farm will be a 269 unit residential community consisting of five townhouse buildings and three 5-story buildings anchored by a central clubhouse. The Commons at Weiss Farm will be a LEED Silver development and is scheduled to be completed in late 2025.

As architects, designers, and planners, HDS Architecture is excited to see how cities and towns in Massachusetts are responding to the MBTA Communities law and redefining their urban landscapes for the future.

Construction is now underway at The Devon at Weiss Farm, a 259-unit multifamily LEED Silver rated project designed by HDS Architecture. The 25-acre site, edged by woods, includes walking paths set on a historic dairy farm. The first phase includes 12 town-homes, a 5,000 s/f clubhouse and the first building with 64 apartments, scheduled to deliver in June of 2025.

ULI Boston hosts exclusive pre-opening guided tours at 525 LINC, a cutting-edge co-living project developed by Arx Urban and Boylston Properties and designed by HDS Architecture delivers simplicity and community for the modern dweller. 525 LINC offers a distinctive mix of studios, 3- and 4-bedroom units, where the latter are rented by the bedroom, creating an innovative co-living model.

Caro at Tuscan Village is making great progress with all the framing completed, windows installed, and siding going up. This 260 unit apartment community will feature upscale finishes, state-of-the-art amenities, and a central courtyard with a swimming pool and outdoor game area.

Project of the Month: HDS Architecture and Callahan Construction complete Breakwater North Harbor for Dolben Co. and Minco Corp.

Breakwater North Harbor is the first development project to transform Lynn’s master planned industrial waterfront into a vibrant mixed-use living destination with publicly accessible open space. The 331-market rate apartment community was co-developed by The Dolben Company and Minco Corp.

Our new residential project Cove/150 has officially been approved by the city of Lynn. This 120-unit apartment building will transform a once dilapidated site into a vibrant residential community. The building will feature a two-level amenity space with relaxing lounge seating and a game room. There will also be a large elevated courtyard with grill stations and an artificial turf area for outdoor games and activities.

HDS Architecture has transformed a dated façade into an attractive, eye-catching storefront. Like so many retail spaces that occupy buildings originally designed for an earlier tenant, the Arhaus Furniture store at 323 Speen St. was in dire need of a complete exterior makeover. The design challenge also included an entire revamp of the interior.
